Local Skill Swap - new service
Hi guys
Recently I had a lovely conversation with Katrina, who has launched Local Skill Swap. It is quite young but growing, and differs from other swap and time bank type services. In particular it is designed to make the process of sharing services in communities easy and the website seems to be nicely functional. It is a national service, centring on hubs of interest in local areas and groups are steadily being added around the country, as people engage in their area. If you think it useful, why not sign up, perhaps even spread the word or mention it to friends. I'm sure she'd be happy to discuss it further if anyone can think of other ways in which we could support this.
