Our constitution is rather basic and needs updating. Rather than starting from scratch would other groups add theirs here so that we can build on them.

The spammer hit one of my India sites and posted about 8 messages to each of 1000+ members. The site is now a mess. Banning doesn't totally eliminate the messages they send. That's why it's good to catch them early.
